NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TESTING AUTHORITIES (NATA)
The National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) is Australia’s national accreditation body for the accreditation of laboratories, inspection bodies, calibration services, producers of certified reference materials and proficiency testing scheme providers throughout Australia.
ALTSA is the only NATA Accredited Soil and Plant nutrition laboratory within 400km of Mildura, accredited for compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 - Testing (accred. #20707).
AUSTRALASIAN SOIL AND PLANT ANALYSIS COUNCIL (ASPAC)
The Australasian Soil and Plant Analysis Council (ASPAC) is an independent international organisation consisting of individuals, laboratories, research and commercial organisations involved in soil and plant tissue analysis.
It promotes the adoption of:
Appropriate field sampling protocols
Uniform and reliable soil and plant analytical methods
Sound interpretation guidelines, and
The most reliable and appropriate advice to clients.
ASPAC also brings together individuals and groups from industry, public institutions and independent laboratories in Australia, New Zealand and nearby overseas countries to share information and technology on soil and plant tissue analysis.

ROYAL AUSTRALIAN CHEMICAL INSTITUTE (RACI)
Founded in 1917 and granted a Royal Charter in 1932, the RACI (Royal Australian Chemical Institute) is the professional body for the chemical sciences in Australia.
It acts both as the qualifying body in Australia for professional chemists, and as a learned society promoting the science and practice of chemistry.
GLOBAL SOIL LABORATORY NETWORK (GLOSOLAN)
Analytical Laboratories and Technical Services Australia
(ALTSA) of Australia is a member to the Global Soil Laboratory Network (GLOSOLAN) since
23/11/2020. The network was officially launched in November 2017 under the framework of the
Global Soil Partnership (GSP) of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)
with the aim to harmonize soil laboratory methods and data results (GSP Pillar 5).
